PRESENTS

STOREHOUSE, “HEADQUARTERS” AND LOCATION

PART 2: GOD’S HEADQUARTERS

Text of Address By The Lord’s Ordained Minister
Lennox Sam
Minister of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists
Mt. Carmel, Waco, Texas.
“Where Truth can Enter”

OPENING PRAYER THOUGHT

Our meditation thought is taken from Timely Greetings, Volume 2, Number 2, page 13, paragraph 2:

2TG2: 13.2: “And He had another reason for teaching in parables.  Among the multitudes that gathered about Him, there were priests and rabbis, scribes and elders, Herodians and rulers, world-loving, bigoted, ambitious men, who desired above all things to find some accusation against Him.  Their spies followed His steps day after day, to catch from His lips something that would cause His condemnation, and forever silence the One who seemed to draw the world after Him.  The Saviour understood the character of these men, and He presented truth in such a way that they could find nothing by which to bring His case before the Sanhedrin.  In parables He rebuked the hypocrisy and wicked works of those who occupied high positions, and in figurative language clothed truth of so cutting a character that had it been spoken in direct denunciation, they would not have listened to His words, and would speedily have put an end to His ministry.  But while He evaded the spies, He made truth so clear that error was manifested, and the honest in heart were profited by His lessons….”

What a wonderful thought! Let us remember that the Saviour understood and still understands the character of men. That is why we need to follow a “Thus saith the Lord.”

What should we pray for before viewing this presentation?  Let us petition the Throne of Grace for reasonable understanding to look at His Word in a light that is shining from above.

PREFACE

Greetings dearly beloved brothers and sisters, peace be unto you. Welcome back to the Storehouse, “Headquarters” and Location presentation. In this part, being Part 2, we will take a look at God’s Association versus man’s association. I hope that the Lord’s bountiful blessings continue to pour upon you in fathomless billows of love, even as we once more meet to hear a portion of the ROD.

In this presentation, we will make sure that we identify God’s Association: God’s Headquarters. We will also determine whether the Storehouse, “Headquarters,” and Location  are always one and the same.

Who is the enemy of God’s Association?

  1. Is it he who calls for obedience to the Constitution of God, or
  2. Those who have amalgamated the Constitution with the By-Laws and those who are following the amalgamations?

Who is causing division?

  1. He who calls for obedience to the word of God, or
  2. He who refuses to follow the Word of God?

Who should be shunned?

  1. Is it he who is calling for us to get back to God’s Constitution, or
  2. He who is exalting man’s compilation above the Word of God?

If you chose “number 2” to all three questions, then you need to continue watching this presentation so you can identify those who are on the Lord’s side and join them. If you chose the first answer to any of these questions, you need to stop watching this presentation immediately and begin praying until you have reacquainted yourself with Christ, or at least get acquainted with Him.

HEADQUARTERS

Webster’s Dictionary defines the word Headquarters as: the administrative center of an enterprise.”

The enterprise that we are trying to find is the Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists, as set forth in The Leviticus of the Davidian Seventh-day Adventists.

As we all know, there are several Headquarters of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists and also several locations calling themselves “Mt. Carmel Center.” If you have not viewed Part 1 of this presentation, you need to stop here and do so — it clearly shows where God’s chosen Location is.

And since we have already determined where God’s antitypical Mt. Carmel (His Chosen location) is, then it behooves us to look there first to see if there is an Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists at that location — Yes there is!

The only Davidian entity espousing to be that enterprise and currently located on the tract of land chosen by God is: The General Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation whose address is 2500 Mt. Carmel Dr., Waco, Texas.

Being at the right location is not enough evidence that this entity is God’s. But since all the other Davidian entities rejected God’s Word which clearly says that Mt. Carmel Center, Waco, Texas, is the “permanent home location for the proclamation of the message of the “True Witness to the Laodiceans””; and that “no other land will do,” a student of the Rod message being led by the Holy Spirit must also reject those associations that rejected God’s Word and join with those who are in obedience to at least the Location Truth.

Consequently, since this enterprise located at 2500 Mt. Carmel Dr., Waco, Texas, is the only established entity that accepts this all important Truth of God’s chosen location, we are left with no other choice but to join hands with those who seem to be obeying the Word of Truth. We must also never stop praying for our fellow Davidian brethren who are in open disobedience to the Location Truth.

But as you study the governmental structure of the Waco Association, you will learn that it is the same as the other associations, especially the Salem and Mt. Dale associations.   As you study this presentation you may ask: “How can this Brother call this entity God’s Association?”  My answer to you will be: The same reason the woman of Revelation chapter twelve was God’s church when the Rod makes it clear that she was controlled by the devil, but yet she brought forth the Man Child Jesus Christ.  Yes, the Association is God’s, but it is not controlled by God’s people at this time; and I must emphasize “at this time” for it is controlled by the devil’s agents. It has become a rebellious house like the rebellious house it was sent to warn in spite of the fact that the Lord warned not to become rebellious like that rebellious house — but needless to say, it is God’s Association.

Let us now compare this organizational system with God’s as outlined in the organizational literature entitled The Leviticus of The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists.

Before we go there, let us read a statement that we need to keep in mind as we go through the process of comparing man’s organizational system with God’s.  Let us go to The Shepherd’s Rod Volume Two, page 143, and we will read paragraph 1:

SR2: 143.1:    “The sacrifice and religious worship of the two first born in the human family, reveals that the Saviour of the world had made known the divine plan of salvation to the family of Adam.  Their system of worship being devised by the Creator Himself, was perfect, and able to save the sinner from his sin.  Abel’s careful religious observance, according to the instruction of the Deity whom he worshipped, shows that only such worship, honor and praise, can be acceptable to GodCain was not mindful of the commandment, and thus by presenting that which God had not required went about to establish a religion of his own.  As he immediately afterwards slew his brother it should be an object lesson to all: that a worship according to the inclination of men, however good and innocent it may seem, cannot sanctify and save the worshiper.  But instead it takes him deeper into sin, and final ruin.  Those who are inclined to persecute the ones who do not worship as they do, are bowing down with Cain at the altar made of bricks.  Such altars are the product of man by converting the form of the original; and though more attractive than the altar of stone may seem, there is no sanctifying power in them, and their worship is as deadly as poison.  The evidence cannot be denied that both forms of worship (true and false) were introduced at about the same time, and ran side by side.  Both seem innocent and were conducted about the same way with the distinction that the one is in harmony with God’s book and law, and the other is not.

What do we keep in mind? Just this:

  1. God’s system is perfect.
  2. The Abelites carefully follow God’s system.
  3. The Cainites establish their own system and persecute those who do not follow it.
  4. Man’s system is a conversion or a perversion of the original system of God, and often times more appealing to men’s eyes.
  5. Both systems seem right, but the distinction is that one is in harmony with God’s Word and the other is not.

Let us now begin with the preface found on the inside cover of The Leviticus of The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists.

PREFACE

LDSDA: 2.1:Provisional in set-up as well as in name, the Davidian Seventh-day Adventist Association exists solely to accomplish a divinely appointed work within the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, wherein it therefore strictly confines its activities.  As its work therewithin draws to a close, and the “servants of our God” (Rev. 7:3) are sealed, its name will be changed (Isa. 56:5; 62:2; 65:15) and its purpose and its work will become all-embracing to the gospel (Matt. 17:11; Acts 3:21, Isa. 61:4-7).  Then its Constitution and By-Laws as herein codified will become fully operative.”

Webster’s dictionary gave the meaning of the word provisional, as: “serving for the time being:  a temporary  provisional government.”

The first thing we are learning about God’s Association is that,

  1. It is only for the time being, to accomplish its divinely appointed work within the Seventh-day Adventist denomination.

And second that,

  1. Its Constitution and By-Laws are codified.

Webster’s dictionary defines the word codified as:  “reduced to a code”

What is a Code?

Webster’s dictionary says:

  1. “a systematic statement of a body of law; especially   : one given statutory force
  2. a system of principles or rules”

Thus we have a reduced body of laws, principles or rules with statutory force.

After reading or studying the Constitution of The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists Association in its entirety, one will find that it makes no provisions for amendments, deletions or additions to the Constitution.  But on the other hand it provides for changes to the By-Laws, pursuant to ARTICLE VI, Section 2, which reads:

LDSDA: 8.2: “The Association, at any session thereof, may enact, amend, or repeal By-Laws by such a representation and vote as is exampled in The Acts of the Apostles, pages 195, 196.”

The lack of permission to change God’s Constitution shows that it is perfect.  Thus, if carefully followed, it will be a blessing to its adherents.

But the devil has circumvented God’s prohibition of not allowing man to change His Constitution, by compiling God’s Constitution, His By-Laws and man’s authorized enactments, into one document, then called that document the “By-Laws of the GADSDA – Mt. Carmel Center.” This document is an amalgamation of God’s Constitution with His By-Laws; and since the document is called “The By-Laws,” man can change any article and then quote the article of the Constitution which gives him the right to amend the By-Laws, and a vast majority of the membership says “amen.”

Nonetheless, there is no Constitutional authority to merger these two distinct and separate parts of God’s system of government.  In actuality, what the enemy has successfully done is that he has eliminated God’s Constitution in a very subtle way.

And what do we have in this document called the By-Laws? Just this: a conversion of the original, the work of the Cainites.  If you are an Abelite, be ready for the persecution because you must by character carefully follow God’s system.

What is the difference between the Constitution and the By-Laws? The Constitution are the principles and laws of an organization, the foundation of its governance; while the By-Laws are the extensions of the principles and Laws of the Constitution, that must be in harmony with the Constitution. In other words the By-Laws are branches to the Constitution. The By-Laws may amplify laws of the Constitution but never can they contradict the Constitution.

Let us look at an example wherein an article of the By-Laws is a branch of the Constitution. Note, in Article IV of Section II, the president acts as the chairman of the Executive Council but no details of the structure or functions of the Executive Council are given in the Constitution. Therefore, we find the details in the By-Laws as we can see in Article I of the By-Laws which is entitled “The Executive Council.” Since matters pertaining to the Executive Council are in the By-Laws, they can be changed at any session.

Let us now look at the content page of the Leviticus of the Davidian Seventh-day Adventists Association:

GOVERNMENT

We see clearly that:

  1. the Constitution is separate and apart from the By-Laws, and;
  2. They each have their own set of articles; the Constitution has six articles, whereas the By-Laws has three.

Let us make it perfectly clear that it is legal for a business entity to have its Constitution and By-Laws in one document and title that document the By-Laws.  But The General Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists is not just any business entity that can do as the owners please: We are God’s Association and should be governed by His Constitution.  We cannot Constitutionally merge the two: By-Laws must remain separate and apart from the Constitution. The By-Laws are found on pages 9-11 of The Leviticus and you will notice that the By-Laws deal strictly with the functionality of the business. Logically, God’s Constitution provides for amendments, enactments and cancellations of the By-Laws so as to facilitate for economical changes as well as changes to the laws of the State which may directly affect the way the Association does business. We must now and forever accept the fact that God knows it all and our duty is to follow His instructions to the letter.

Let us begin with Article One of God’s unchangeable Constitution, it reads:

 God’s Constitution

ARTICLE I–NAME

Section 1.

This Association shall be known provisionally as The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists, the prophetic off-spring of the parent  Seventh-day Adventist, the Laodicean, church.   {LDSDA: 3.1}

Let us look at this in juxtaposition with Mt. Carmel’s By-Laws, herein after referred to as “the compilation.”

The compilation reads:

ARTICLE I – HEADQUARTERS

Section I – Name

 (a)  This Association shall be hereafter known as: The General Association of Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists – Mt. Carmel, and abbreviated throughout these By-Laws as GA of DSDA-MC.  Ans. 3:64.

Ans. 3:64.

The framers of the compilation placed this article of the Constitution into their By-Laws so that they could change God’s name. God says that the name The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists is temporary, but man took out the word provisionally and replaced it with the word hereafter, denoting permanency. They then added ‘Mt. Carmel’ to the name. I believe this addition to the name was an effort to help God preserve Mt. Carmel, especially after Bro. Bingham’s teaching of the withering of Carmel, which was getting very popular, and the Bashan Hill was growing. Like Sarah, the compilers of these By-Laws tried to help God — Nevertheless, not one jot or one tittle of God’s Word can be changed and still remain His Word.

Thus with subtlety the enemy changed God’s Constitution by simply calling this Constitutional article a By-Law article, and since the Constitution gives permission to change the By-Laws, God’s people say “amen” to this subtle deception. Thus the change went unnoticed, that is, until these last days, just before God manifests His power and removes those who in spite of the warning herein sounding continue to be governed by this amalgamated compilation of men — men who are giving the trumpet an uncertain sound.

The pen of inspiration warns in the Great Controversy:

GC xi.1: “………… Satan’s deceptions will be more subtle, his assaults more determined. If it were possible, he would lead astray the elect. Mark 13:22, R.V.

If it were possible, he would have deceived the very elect. Since that is not possible, he is herein being exposed.

The enemy’s agents will tell their constituents: “This is not significant enough to make a big deal over.”  But the elect will answer: It is written in:

SR2: 137.4: “……. To add anything to the religion of Christ, though it may seem good on the surface, results in a deadly sting from beneath.  Our God has devised a religion sufficient to save the church, if carefully followedHe needs no man’s help, neither can He accept man-made devices.”

And also in:

SR1: 143.2: Suppose you would add an element to the milk, would it not be a strange one?  And if it be a strange one to the milk, would it be foreign to the human system?  If this be true, we must conclude it would be poison to the human body.  “But,” you say, “suppose I add the element of iron, it would not then be poison.”  By adding another element, it would put the milk out of balance, and it would be milk no longer.  It is impossible for human wisdom to improve on God’s work.  Just so, it is impossible for us to neglect one of God’s words and yet maintain spiritual life, neither can we add, though the thing may be good, as we may see it.  It would throw the Word out of balance, and it would be God’s Word no longer, just as the milk would be milk no longer.  God’s Word must be kept in the human heart, pure and unadulterated, if we must live by it.  “This robe, woven in the loom of heaven has in it not one thread of human devising.”–Christ’s Object Lessons, page 311.

Let us now put the Articles of incorporation filed with the Secretary of the State of Texas in juxtaposition with the Constitution and the compilation.

Articles of Incorporation

ARTICLE I

The name of the Corporation is GENERAL ASSOCIATION OF DAVIDIAN SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, INC.

Notice that in the compilation the suffix in the name is Mt. Carmel, whereas in the articles of incorporation it is “Inc.” Some in the business world may think we are being deceptive or just totally inept.

Mt. Carmel Training Center page 29 says:

MCTC: 29: “Whatsoever You Do, Do It in a Business-like Way”

My dear brothers and sisters, our name is part of the Constitution, not the By-Laws.  Consequently, we had no God-given right to change God’s name no matter how insignificant the change may be.

Since we are looking at the articles of incorporation, this would be a good time to address the corporation issue that was supposedly resolved at the 2002 Session. The devil’s agents disregarded the Session’s decision and to this very day God’s Association is still incorporated as a non-profit corporation.

Let us begin with an it is written in Tract Number 8, page 48, paragraph 2, which led to the Session’s decision to dissolve the corporation and form an unincorporated association. It reads:

TN8: 48.2: “Time has already demonstrated that the S.D.A. organization is fulfilling the type.  Preferring to incorporate, and to elect officers by the people’s vote, they have thereby manifested that they have cared not so much to please God by being “a peculiar people,” as He would have them to be, …….”

Let us go to the 2002 Session minutes, page 22, and read an excerpt:

Motion by Bro. Ashbourne: There is a problem in California about incorporation. Brethren feel that since the prophet had the association unincorporated we need to be the same.

Motion amended and seconded by Brother Archer: I so move that the association dissolves its present incorporation status to a non-profit unincorporated Association after the new Tax ID number and Non-profit status is acquired. This is in accordance with Tract 8.48.

There were 38 for the motion, 4 against and 8 abstained.

Yes brethren, session voted to dissolve the incorporation status; the motion was even seconded by a minister and a frequent member of the Executive Council. Four years later, the 2006 to 2007 Executive Council filed the signed document displayed on your screen in the permanent public records of the office of the Secretary of the State of Texas.

FILING OFFICE COPY

Observe the composition of this council, it tells a lot. There were four ministers, two bible workers of which one is a minister’s wife and also a Bible worker, and the other a regular cardholding member.  The regular cardholding member did not participate in this fraudulent instrument. As you notice, only six names were included: the reason being, I do not know.

According to item number 6 of this document, the General Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists has three directors.  According to item number 7, the General Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists located at 2500 Mt. Carmel Dr., Waco, TX, has a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer! I don’t like what ifs, but “what if” the State of Texas should examine our By-Laws, would it reflect what is stated in this document?  Brethren, let us be thankful that the State of Texas does not have the resources and the manpower to verify the information of each document submitted for filing in its official Records.

Let us read the last sentence on this page which continues on the second page, it reads:

“The undersigned signs this document subject to the penalties imposed by law for the submission of a materially false or fraudulent instrument.”

It was signed by the named president, looks like he believes he is above the law. Does this look Business-like or Fraudulent-like? Regardless what the compilation entitled “By-Laws” says, The GADSDA located at 2500 Mt. Carmel Dr. Waco, Texas, has a president — this is according to the 2006 to 2007 Executive Council and according to the public Records of the Secretary of the State of Texas right now (in 2009).

Since we are talking about officers, let us go to Article IV, Section 1, paragraph (a) of God’s Constitution, it reads:

ARTICLE IV–OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES

Section 1

(a) The regular officers of this Association shall be a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer.   {LDSDA: 5.3}

Let us consider the word “regular,” which means normal; in other words, when things are normal, the officers will be a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer.  From 1934 when the Association was formed to February 4, 1955 while the president was alive, things were normal [REGULAR].  But the situation changed on February 5, 1955 when the president died; it was no longer regular or normal.  The surviving officers of the Association were the vice-president, the secretary and the treasurer.

What happens now?  Go to God’s Constitution for instructions. Article IV, Section I, paragraphs (b) says:

The president shall be called and chosen in accordance with the procedure set forth in Exodus, chapter three, verses ten, fifteen, and sixteen; chapter four, verse seventeen; Ezekiel, chapter three, verse seventeen; and Luke, chapter six, verse thirteen.   {LDSDA: 6.1}

A careful study of these verses shows that only God could choose the president.  So what should the Executive Council have done on February 6, 1955, the morning after the prophets death, when Sister Houteff presented her letter stating that “Bro. Houteff said” that upon his death she is to be made vice-president?   They should have told her: “Wait on the Lord, Sister, wait on the Lord! At least until after we have buried your husband. Then we can consider this matter with the aid of the Constitution.”

One of four things happens when the president of an organization dies:

  1. The vice president takes his place as president; or
  2. A new president is installed; or
  3. Both the president’s and the vice president’s positions are dissolved and a new governmental system is set up; or
  4. The entire organization is dissolved.

What sister Houteff was presenting was unheard of in the business world and strange to be coming from a businessman like Brother V. T. Houteff. Nonetheless, the grieving Executive Council voted the grieving spouse that very day into a position that was not vacant and thereby established this insidious governmental system of a vice-president without a president — a system that is so non-sensical in the business world that the Executive Council is forced to lie so as not to seem like fools to the business world.

Why not carry out the 2002 Session decision and dissolve the insidious system? Furthermore, since we are governed by the dictates of Session, you would believe that it would be the thing to do, but sin is indeed a mystery!

In 1991, a faction of the Mountain Dale Davidians were trying to get enough votes to relocate the HQ to Waco, not because of a “thus saith the Lord” but because a certain minister was threatened with unemployment. All of a sudden, the truth of Waco became popular. In order for the Ishmaelites to garner enough votes, they had to agree with those who were against having the position of vice-president without a president that when they get to Waco they would abandon their insidious system of vice-president without a president and that the head of the Executive Council would be titled “chairman.”  As a result they were able to garner enough votes.

However, two years later in Waco, Texas (the permanent home location) the same faction by secret ballot voted to reinstate their asinine system of vice-president without a president. I must mention that the first vote to reinstate was defeated but the persistent faction called for a revote — where they politicked the delegates for some of the delegates were not willing to openly vote to reinstate the insidious system — and by secret ballot the second time around, the Ishmaelites prevailed and to this day the system remains in place. Some may not like the adjectives I used to describe this system, but they probably would also not like the adjective and the noun Isaiah used in describing the ministers of today in the phrase “dumb dogs that would not bark.”

Maybe this is the right time to give a little history of the return to Waco: the history that the Ishmaelites do not tell.

In 1965, Clint Allen (who claimed to be a prophet of some sort) along with three other Davidians were the first to try to re-establish the GADSDA in Waco Texas since its dissolution in 1962.  They were also the first to incorporate the GADSDA in Texas as we will see a little later. Meanwhile, in 1986, the Davidian Association in Mountaindale, New York, merged with the Davidian Association of Yucaipa, California. Sometime thereafter, the Symbolic Codes published by the prophet surfaced and in them the Truth of the permanency of the Waco Location was found: a Truth that was not received by the vast majority of the laity and none of the leadership.

The Mountaindale 1988 Session tabled The Waco Location Issue, as it was so called, and appointed a fact finding committee to go spy out the Waco land and report to the next session in 1990. The  Fact-Finding Committee consisted of:

Bro. A. Hibbert – Vice-president & minister

Bro. T. Harrison – Council member

Bro. J. Seraphin – Council member & minister

Bro. N. McCallum – BRC member & minister

Bro. S. Smith – BRC chairman

Sis. B. Smith – Cardholder

The fact finding committee consisted of six persons. Oh yes: the vice-president, two council members, two members of the BRC (of which one is currently a minister for the Waco Association) and one cardholding member.  Needless to say, their findings were not in favor of returning to Waco even though the report stated that it was not written to persuade any for or against The Waco Issue, as it was called.

Nonetheless, it conveniently stated a hearsay by a former member of Bro. Houteff’s Executive Council who said that “’Bro. Houteff said’ that he was going to sell Mt. Carmel for a million dollars and buy a cheaper property somewhere else, because Mt. Carmel is too expensive.’  What expense?  The Association was a Church organization and paid zero taxes, thus the increased value of its land did not add to the expenses of the Association; this statement makes the prophet out to be a profiteer instead of God’s prophet! We must be thankful for the Symbolic Codes that surfaced because in one of them, being Vol. 3 The Symbolic Code Nos. 5 & 6, page 5, column 1, paragraph 4, we found this beautiful gem which reads:

3SC5,6: 5.1.4:  “I am not urging you to believe every word that is spoken by me in every day’s passing conversation, but I am trying to make you realize that, for the sake of Christ, as well as your soul, you should believe all that is written…..”

The report also stated that the property which the Presbyterian Church owned (which is now owned by the Waco association) could have been purchased for $1.5 million with ¼ or ½ a million dollars as a down payment. The price was high because other Davidians were seeking to buy the same property and so the law of supply and demand drove the price up.  Only a Davidian with the spirit of Joshua and Caleb would have voted for the return to Waco after reading the report that was published by this fact-finding committee, and it was obvious for the 1990 Session at Mountaindale NY did not vote to relocate to Waco.

Ask yourself the question: If the very same people did not want to relocate in 1990, why then did the special session in 1991 vote to relocate the HQ to Waco? Because of unfavourable circumstances my dearly beloved: unfavourable circumstances. You see, when these circumstances arose in Mountaindale NY for one of the idols that was worshipped by many, things changed.

But then again, even before the bias report was published, the Lord placed in the hearts of a few new converts in the state Massachusetts the desire to obey the Rod and return to the permanent home location for the proclamation of the sealing message to the Laodiceans.  Therefore, stirred by the Spirit of the rejected Location Truth, the pioneers of the return to Waco organized themselves and made preparations to return to Waco.  And on August 28, 1989, they purchased a house located at 2239 Lake Ridge Circle, Waco, Texas, on antitypical Mt. Carmel — and God’s storehouse was back home!

Less than two years later when the Presbyterians were ready to sell the property, the few pioneers were on site to make the first offer of $250,000.00. The Presbyterians finally settled for $285,000.00 and carried two mortgages: one for $210,000.00 and a second for $20,000.00.  It was a believer of the location Truth, (before it became popular in 1991) that borrowed the down payment from his mother to finalize the deal.  Had it not been for the pioneers and early believers of the Waco location truth, the history would have been different.  However, the Ishmaelite leadership that took over the storehouse in 1991 did not like the history the way God wrote it, so they re-wrote it, and proudly stated so.

The faithful pioneers who by faith claimed Mt. Carmel property (then in the hand of the Presbyterians) for God’s work, as they walked around it Sabbath after Sabbath, saw the evidence of things not seen become things seen in 1991.  The unfavourable circumstances at Mountaindale for a certain influential individual drove him to orchestrate the political manoeuvres and the vote to relocate the Association to Waco was secured: What man meant for self-interest God used for His Interest. This does not mean that God sanctioned these political manoeuvres — these were men’s choosing.

The pioneers were so glad that the rest of their brethren were now on God’s side that they gladly turned over everything to the new comers, and as the new comers’ first Symbolic Code stated: “Re-Writing History” — that is exactly what they did. They never mentioned (or mention) the first two years of the return to Waco for that was not their plan: it was God’s plan. — Consequently, the history that is heard recited by the leadership of Mt. Carmel is a rewritten history, an altered history, not the Truth. They themselves said they were rewriting history, now we are hearing the rest of the story.

Here is the front cover of the first Symbolic Code published by the Waco Association in 1991.

Re-Writing History

Notice the phrase displayed right above the head of the editor: Re-Writing History. This is exactly what they did.

Webster’s Dictionary gives the meaning of the word rewrite as:

“Rewrite” as a transitive verb:

1 : to write in reply

2 : to make a revision of (as a story)  : cause to be revised: as  a : to put (contributed material) into form for publication  b : to alter (previously published material) for use in another publication in transitive verb   : to revise something previously written  –

Accordingly, the history that God wrote was revised by the Ishmaelites. Yes, history was rewritten. Not one of the pioneers was invited to the table of the historical repurchase of part of antitypical Mt. Carmel.  Was this an oversight?  Look at the faces on the cover of that Code, did they really forget the first two years of the return? Did they forget on the day of that closing, when they left the house that the pioneers purchased, and that they were only going to the closing? Did they say “goodbye” as they were leaving?  Did it ever occur to them that the pioneers would have probably loved to witness this historical event, even if they were only to stand in the background?  How much thought went into the phrase “re-writing history” before they placed it on the front of that Symbolic Code?  Did they forget their hearts in New York?  I pray that they go back and get them before it is too late.

Let us now look at the history through the eyes of official documents recorded in the office of the Secretary of the State of Texas. We will begin with the first corporation entitled GADSDA, Inc., filed February 24, 1965 as we see in the top right hand corner.

CARL A. HUGGINS – President

Authorized Officer

Item No. 4 shows the name of the current registered agent, which was Clint Allen. For those of you who are not familiar with the workings of incorporation, the registered agent is the person who is to be contacted for matters pertaining to the corporation. For example, in a law suit, the registered agent is the one served with the court papers.

Item No. 5 named the new registered agent. As you see, it was Sis. Alethia Blount, the first of the only three pioneers that moved to Waco before the location truth got popular; then followed by Bro. and Sis. Huggins.  Sadly, Sis. Huggins went to sleep on the last Sabbath of the 2009 Session in Waco, Texas and was buried beside the original pioneers of 1935.

Notice that this document was signed by Carl Huggins, as president (one of the first three pioneers to take up residence on antitypical Mt. Carmel).  When this document was signed, the pioneers were not establishing a president in the Association, they were innocently following the advice they received from someone in the Secretary of State Office.  Bro. Huggins was the only one willing to assume the title so as to get the incorporation reinstated and finally procure a bank account for the Lord’s Storehouse.  Their zeal was not according to knowledge, but those that were supposedly knowledgeable did not see the Truth when it was unpopular. Just like in every age of Present Truth, it was the laity, the uninformed, that were willing to follow the Lamb whithersoever He leadeth.

The next document is the list of the names of the officers of the corporation, filed Dec. 19, 1989 and dated Dec. 16, 1989.

Item No. 6 shows Carl A. Huggins as President, Katherine Peniston as Secretary, and Alethia Blount as Treasurer. Katherine Peniston was another of the Boston believers who accepted the Location Truth while it was unpopular, and was convinced of it enough to do what it took to get things started unlike many who said they believed but did not come up to the help of the Lord.  My prayer is that all of the first of the first Davidians to accept the Location Truth will also be part of the first of the first fruits harvest.

If there are any problems. please free to contact me for the information.

Sincerely.

Rebecca Artherton

Secretary for the Executive Council

Note that there is no vice-president, and that the president’s position is referred to as chairman. Consequently, when they stopped referring to the president’s position as chairman and started referring to it as vice-president, one can clearly see that the vice-president is the president.  All these readjustments could have been avoided if we were simply an Unincorporated Association as the prophet left the Organization formed by God.

Notice that the address of the new secretary and the new treasurer is 2239 Lake Ridge Circle, Waco, TXthe address of the house purchased by the pioneers on August 28, 1989. Yes, you guessed right; they moved in! The secretary and her child, the treasurer and her husband and their child, not to mention the original occupants: the three pioneers that are never mentioned in the rewritten history. That is exactly where they were living when they left for the closing and did not mention a word to the pioneers. Brethren, it is not my intention to look for the worst of a bad situation but to let the Truth be known. A correct history is important and that is why The Holy Bible begins with “In The Beginning.”

Also note that this letter by the Executive Secretary acknowledged that the corporation was reactivated on Dec. 16, 1989; confirming the return in 1989: the history prior to 1991.  Notice there is no mention of celebrated year of 1991 (the rewritten year of the return to Waco), no, not in any of the Texas official records. On the other hand, 1989 is prominent. Why? Because in 1989, it was God’s doing.

The next document is the change of the registered agent filed July 30, 1992 by Norman Archer, the chairman.

GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL OF OFFICE on this the 27 day of May, A.D., 1993.

Notary Public, State of Texas

My commission expires: 11-__-96

Article five on page three is amended to reflect the name and address of the new registered agent; Article Six’s continuation of page four is amended to change the names of the trustees or directors: I don’t know why they continue with Clint Allen’s term “Trustees” when their By-Laws say “Executive Council members and officers,” this change could have been made here, I don’t know why it wasn’t. Article Eight was added on page five.

Article Nine on page six shows that the president’s position was no longer referred to as chairman, instead, it was now referred to as vice-president — It was at the 1993 Session that the title of the leader of the Executive Council was changed from chairman to vice-president and Peter Nosworthy was the first to be elected as vice-president in Waco, as the Secretary of the State of Texas’ public records reflect.

Having seen the history through the eyes of recorded instruments, we shall now consider the title that is so beloved: The Vice-President.

What are the duties of the vice-president? According to Article IV, Section Three of God’s Constitution:

Article IV, Section III:

“The vice president shall, in accordance with the example recorded in Exodus, chapter seven, verses one and two, assist the president in administering the affairs of the Association.”

The vice-president’s only duty is to assist the president. Accordingly, since there is no president, there is no work for the vice-president for he has no one to assist! The positions of president and vice-president go hand in hand; the latter cannot exist without the former.  In other words, if you take the word “president” out of the term “vice-president” you are left with a “vice.” If you have no president you cannot have a vice-president. Therefore, the only officers that should continue to exist after the death of the President are the positions of the Secretary and the Treasurer.  Had we been an Unincorporated Association as the Constitution intended, there would have been no need for the Council to lie to the State of Texas.

The officers of this Association are listed in the Constitution and we cannot change the Constitution. But we can amend Article I in the By-Laws to add a leader to the Executive Council and also appoint him to chair the meetings in the absence of the president.

Yes my brothers and sisters, I was the 2001 to 2002 vice-president of the Waco Association; but I was also a user of alcohol, drugs and tobacco before I became a Christian. The Lord rescued me from those things and I no longer partake of such life destroying articles.  What then?  Must I speak in favour of their usage because I once was a user? God forbid!  By the same token of logic, I cannot speak in favour of a system that I later found to be unconstitutional because I was once part of that system; thus I cry aloud and I spare none. I lift up my voice like a trumpet to show God’s people their transgression, or the amalgamation of God’s Constitution and His By-Laws, and the unethical actions of the Executive Council. You too can cry aloud or you can choose to be like the six dumb dogs that did not bark against this asinine system of government, but instead chose to lie to the State of Texas or to anyone else. I choose to cry aloud.

Let us now look at the compilation in juxtaposition with the Constitution.

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE IV–OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES

Section 2.  The president shall, as typed in Exodus, chapter four, and in Numbers, chapter sixteen, verses twelve and twenty-five to thirty-two, act as chairman of the Executive Council as chief administrator of the affairs of the Association, and as a worker and minister in the general interest of the Association.

Section 3.  The vice president shall, in accordance with the example recorded in Exodus, chapter seven, verses one and two, assist the president in administering the affairs of the Association.

The Compilation (Mt. Carmel’s By-Law)

ARTICLE II – THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Section IVNo “President”

(a)  Because Brother Houteff was the last “President” of the GA of DSDA-MC, the present Association cannot elect a President, but must elect a Vice-president to serve as chairperson of the Executive Council.

Article II, Section IV of the compilation says “no president,” but in the very next paragraph it confers the president’s responsibility of chairing the meetings of the Executive Council to the vice-president! This is subtle way of saying that the vice-president is now the president. Brethren, I do not know who was the original agent of this insidious compilation called By-Laws, but rest assured that it is from the cauldron of hell. This compilation in God’s Association is the equivalent of the Jesuits in the General Conference. An organization with a vice-president without a president is nonsense, not business sense.

Why would the prophet of God publish the statement: “Do everything in a Business-like way,” and on his dying bed supposedly give his wife this non-business-like and non-sensical system of a vice-president without a president?  I for one do not believe that she got this from the prophet, I believe that she got this from the same source whence she got her interpretation of the fulfilment of the 42 months.

Let us now read God’s Constitution:

ARTICLE IV

Section 1:

(c)  All other officers of this Association shall be appointed in accordance with the procedure set forth in Numbers, chapter eleven, verses sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and twenty-five, and in Acts, chapter six, verses one to seven; and chapter thirteen, verses one to three.

In Numbers, chapter eleven, verses sixteen, seventeen, twenty-four, and twenty-five, we read that Moses chose the elders; thus the president appoints all other officers of the Association. But with no president the applicable texts are Acts, chapters six and thirteen.

In Acts chapter six, verses one to seven, we see that the people chose the seven deacons (the counterparts to the seven Executive Council members) and the apostles laid hands on them. In chapter thirteen, verses one to three, the Holy Spirit chose the apostle Paul and Barnabas and the teachers and prophets laid hands on them. If the teachers were able to lay hands on the apostle Paul, then I am sure the teachers can lay hands on the seven Executive Council members.

The biblical considerations made for the appointment of the seven deacons was based on their spiritual and moral lives. Obedience to God’s law and principles both in our spiritual and moral lives is the thermometer that indicates who is full of the Holy Ghost. Therefore brethren, God has spoken on how we should select the Council members and there should be no discussion on the matter: just follow a thus saith the Lord.

In Tract No.8, page 48, paragraph 3, the Rod says:

Time has already demonstrated that the S.D.A. organization is fulfilling the type.  Preferring to incorporate, and to elect officers by the people’s vote, they have thereby manifested that they have cared not so much to please God by being “a peculiar people,” as He would have them to be…..…{TN8: 48.3}

Let us look at the juxtapositional comparison.

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE IV–OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES

Section 1.

The Compilation (Mt. Carmel’s By-Law)

ARTICLE II, SECTION I, PARAGRAPH (G)

(g) In agreement with the BRC report, the Session shall elect officers by vote.

Electing officers by the people’s vote is displeasing to God.  But the adherers of the compilation are not interested in pleasing God as much as they are interested in securing their offices and maintaining their influences.  They have placed the BRC’s decision above the Holy Spirit Who dictated the Rod and thus the reports published by the BRC supersede God’s Constitution.  Why would God publish a condemnation against the General Conference for the election of officers by the people’s vote, then later authorize the same procedure in the General Association of DSDA after the death of the prophet — and without a published authorization in His word?

If God condemns something in the Rod, He is not going to allow the Executive Council or the Session to reinstate that thing among His people (if we are truly His people). God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Therefore, He did not authorize such a procedure.

In an effort to hold on to the right to vote, the promulgators of the compilation will ask you: “How are we supposed to get the seven members for the council if not by voting?” And the Abelites will reply: “Follow God’s system fully, it works: read Acts, chapter six, verses one to seven; and chapter thirteen, verses one to three, these are the references given in the Constitution. Follow them my dear brother.”

The next question they will ask you is “Who will lead out and chair the meeting?” And as an Abelite you will say to them: “Let us read The Story of Redemption, page 260, paragraph 1:

SR 260.1: “The church accordingly selected seven men full of faith and the wisdom of the Spirit of God, to attend to the business pertaining to the cause. Stephen was chosen first; he was a Jew by birth and religion, but spoke the Greek language, and was conversant with the customs and manners of the Greeks. He was therefore considered the most proper person to stand at the head, and have supervision of the disbursement of the funds appropriated to the widows, orphans, and the worthy poor. This selection met the minds of all, and the dissatisfaction and murmuring were quieted.”

Here we see that Stephen was the head, the presiding officer, the supervisor.  Everything is done in an orderly fashion in heaven. The Spirit of God would not appoint seven men to do a work without a head to supervise the work, there is no such example in all church history. Stephen was chosen as head because he was the best qualified to lead out at that time. You will then hear in a very sanctimonious cry: “The Constitution says the president is to chair the meeting of the Executive Council!” You will then kindly reply, “Yes it does, but the By-Law given by the prophet says the Executive Council runs the association between sessions and the Executive Council is patterned after the seven deacons.  Inspiration tells us that there was a leader of the seven deacons. And besides, in the absence of a president, that particular section being the duty of a president is non-applicable. Thus the leader of the Executive Council, whether it be called ‘chairman’ or what have you, will according to parliamentary protocol be the one to chair the meetings of the Executive Council.” It is simple! That is why the Lord allowed us to amend the By-Laws and that is why He placed the Executive Council matters in the By-Laws. Don’t worry over what is said about the president, he is not there and so those By-Laws are no longer applicable until God gives another president if He so choose.

Let us now read of the object of this association as stated in the Constitution.

Article II

Section 1.  The object of this Association is to bring about among God’s people that reformation called for in the Testimonies for the Church Volume 9, page 126, as the prerequisite movement to sounding the “Eleventh-Hour Call” (Matt. 20:6, 7) of “the everlasting gospel…to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.” Rev. 14:6.  Through this call, the Loud Cry of the three angels’ messages, it is to gather “the people of the saints of the Most High” (Dan. 7:27) into the kingdom “which shall never be destroyed…but…shall break in pieces and consume all…kingdoms.” Dan. 2:44.  Thus it shall usher in the reign of Christ as Lord of lords and King of kings over all the earth forever and ever.

Let us see what Webster’s Dictionary says the word prerequisite means:

“something that is necessary to an end or to the carrying out of a function

This means that before the gospel can go to the world, this reformation must take place in the church.  The object, the purpose, the existence, of God’s Association is to bring about among God’s people (the SDAs) that reformation called for in the Testimonies for the Church Volume 9, page 126.  This must take place before we get to the Kingdom, not when we get to the Kingdom or after we get to the Kingdom — it must take place before.

Let us put our object in juxtaposition with the preface of the LDSDA and remind ourselves of where our purpose must be accomplished:

ARTICLE II–OBJECT

Section 1.  The object of this Association is to bring about among God’s people that reformation called for in the Testimonies for the Church Volume 9, page 126,

PREFACE

“Provisional in set-up as well as in name, the Davidian Seventh-day Adventist Association exists solely to accomplish a divinely appointed work within the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, wherein it therefore strictly confines its activities

Couple these two together and a child with a little help will see that this reformation called for in Testimonies for the Church Volume 9, page 126 must take place in the Adventist Church. And if it does not happen before the tares are removed, then the association was formed in vain because once the tares are removed the church is gone (the Seventh-day Adventist church is no longer in existence)! So how could the reformation take place after the purificationTo believe that the object of this association is to be accomplished when the SDA church and the Association are no longer in existence is only foolishness; not only foolishness, but it is also deadly.

Let us juxtaposition this with the object of the compilation:

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE II–OBJECT

The Compilation (Mt. Carmel’s By-Law)

ARTICLE I – HEADQUARTERS

Section III Objectives

(a) The Executive Council is to acquire a full operational staff for the Association, i.e. Print-shop, etc………

(b) The Executive Council is to employ full-time world evangelists whose duties would include organizing and establishing new groups.

(c) The Executive Council is to fully establish the E.W. Society as a means to acquire names of Adventists.

Notice that the framers of the compilation do not want a reformation. The object of their association is to exalt the works of the Executive Council. And why not? The enemy was successful with the Executive Council in 1959 in executing a blow to the movement! The Davidian ministry and the majority of the laity taught and still teach that God’s Constitutional Object for His Association will be accomplished when we get to the Kingdom, how pathetic to think that the purpose of the Association will be accomplished when it is no longer in existence! In the Kingdom, we will neither be an Association nor a corporation — we will be a full-fledged Nation with a King and a Country.

It is also written in Volume 5 The Symbolic Code Numbers 6-12, page 11, column 1, paragraph 3:

“I have inspired authority for what I have said, and you should not have failed to see it, for the booklet, “Christ Our Righteousness,” p. 154, plainly states that reformation means “re-organization,” and I hardly think that you expect the reformation to take place after the purification.  {5SC6-12: 11.1.3}

And again in Jezreel Letter Number 7, page 9, paragraph 2, the Rod says:

JL7: 9.2 “Arise against the abominations and now take your stand with this revival and reformation (“Testimonies, Vol. 9, p. 126), called forth by the True Witness to the Laodiceans (“Testimonies,” Vol. 3, pp. 252, 253).”

In these two statements we can clearly see that the Rod does not place Testimonies, Vol. 9, page 126 in the Kingdom — that is man’s dung.

Let us place the articles of incorporation in juxtaposition with the Constitution and the By-Laws, and we may be surprised:

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE II–OBJECT

Articles of Incorporation

ARTICLE FOUR:

The further purpose of the Corporation is to bring about among God’s people that reformation called for in the Testimonies for the Church Volume 9, page 126, as the prerequisite movement to sounding the “Eleventh-Hour Call” (Matt. 20:6, 7) of “the everlasting gospel…to every nation, and tongue, and people.” Rev. 14:6.  Through this call, the Loud Cry of the three angels’ messages it is to gather “the people of the saints of the Most High” Dan. 2:44). Thus shall usher in the reign of Christ as Lord of lords and King of kings over all the earth forever and ever.

Here we see that the articles of incorporation are somewhat consistent with the Constitution, but inconsistent with the compilation. What is the true purpose of God’s Association today?

Let me remind you, not one of the articles of God’s Constitution should have been placed in man’s compilation. God gave man the right to amend By-Laws, not convert God’s Constitution to By-Laws and then amend as they see fit! If nothing that was presented so far alarms you, you are definitely a Laodicean through and through.

Article III of God’s Constitution addresses membership:

The membership of this Association shall be composed only of persons who subscribe to the whole credenda and embody in their lives the whole agenda of the aforesaid Association.”

“Embody in their lives” means that they are obeying the dress reform, the health reform, and every other reform and requirement found in the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy—And only those that obey shall be members.

Let us now look at Article III of God’s Constitution in juxtaposition with the other two man-made devices.

The Compilation: Mt. Carmel’s By-Laws

ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP

 Section II – Fellowship Cards

 (a)  Any valid card-holding member of the GA of DSDA-MC has a right to receive the following benefits/privileges:

  1. To attend all religious and business meetings at a group meeting and at a Session.
  2. To be eligible (if otherwise qualified by the By-Laws) to hold a local office or an Executive Council office.
  3. To teach in the name of the Association.
  4. To have visitation rights to the Headquarters.
  5. To inspect the Association’s financial records at the Headquarters (personal records are exempt).
  6. To attend the David-Levitical Institute (if qualified).
  7. To receive charity (if qualified).
  8. When one becomes a subversive security threat to the …..all undesirable enemies. 2SC vol. 3, p. 3].

(b)  All Davidians who do not hold a valid fellowship card, but who return first and second tithes to the GA of DSDA-MC are qualified:

  1. To attend religious group meetings.
  2. To receive charity (if qualified).
  3. To visit the Headquarters.
  4. To attend group business meetings at the discretion of the card-holding members in that area, but he/she has no voting rights

As we can see in the compilation, the membership is in two sections, or two classes of members.

  1. card-holding members, and;
  2. non-card-holding members

But when you look at the articles of incorporation:

Articles of Incorporation: Article Seven

The corporation shall have one class of members

The articles of incorporation say one class of members while the compilation says two classes of members; this does not look good for business even though the compilation is in harmony with the message.

Let us look at the Session Article:

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE V–SESSIONS

Section 1.  This Association shall hold regular sessions at such time and place as the Executive Council shall designate by a notice published in The Symbolic Code, the official organ of the organization, in two consecutive issues before the date of the opening of the session.

Juxtaposing this with man’s dung:

The Compilation: Mt. Carmel’s By-Laws

ARTICLE III – SESSIONS

Section ISessions Annually

a) The next annual Session will be held March/April for one week, to which ministers, Bible workers, delegates attend, and cardholders may sit.

b) The Council is to notify the world field no later than 6 months of the place and date of Session – a time which would be convenient for both parents and children.

c) This Association shall hold regular Sessions at such time and place as the Executive Council shall designate, by a notice published in the Symbolic Code, the official organ of the organization, in two (2) consecutive issues before the date of the opening of the Session.

And article (c) of the compilation reiterated ARTICLE V of God’s Constitution. Here, the Constitution gives the Executive Council the right to decide where the session should be. But paragraph (a) of the compilation states that session is to be annual: at a particular time. Then paragraph (c) of the compilation reiterates ARTICLE V, Section 1, of the Constitution which gives the Executive Council the right to call session. Isn’t paragraph (c) contradicting paragraph (a)? And who has the right to decide when session is? Is it the Executive Council or the By-Law?

Let us read about special sessions. We shall first read God’s Constitution:

God’s Constitution

ARTICLE V–SESSIONS

 Section 2.

(a) Special sessions may be called in the same manner in which a regular session is called.

(b) The decisions at special sessions shall have the same force as those at regular sessions.

And man’s compilation says:

The Compilation: Mt. Carmel’s By-Laws

ARTICLE III – SESSIONS

 Section IISpecial Session

 (a)  A ballot is to be sent to all card-holding members in the world field.

(b)  The final decision for calling a Special Session is to be made by the majority vote, of all returned ballots by stated deadline, of all current standing delegates after their consultation with their individual field, and his/her decision must reflect the majority of that area.

(c)  Decisions at Special Sessions shall have the same force as those at a regular Session.

The Constitution says that Special sessions may be called in the same manner in which a regular session is called, and that is by the Executive Council; but the compilation says by the majority vote of the cardholders!  Are you wondering yet whose Association this is? God’s, or the framers of and adherents to the compilation?  Without a doubt it is still God’s Association, but the people that are running it are the Korahs, Dathans, Abirams, and the Achans who have usurped the Constitution—and they will continue to do so until God manifests His power and removes them.

Yes brothers and sisters, the Association located at 2500 Mt. Carmel Dr. Waco, Texas, is indeed God’s Association, but the leaders refuse to be governed by God’s Constitution. If they do not repent and return to the old paths, they will leave God with no other alternative but to spew them out of His mouth.

As you have seen, the enemy has been successful in amalgamating God’s Constitution and His By-Laws into their compilation entitled “By-Laws of GADSDA”; but let not your hearts be troubled, his success is only for a season. Now you can understand much better why the compilations such as “America’s New War” and various other compilations are being distributed instead of The Rod literature in the so called Symbolic Codes to Laodicea.

Remember: Only a fool changes something that is working—and the devil is no fool. The publishers of the Session Code have even amalgamated two titles of God’s literature: the Timely Greetings with the Symbolic Code:

Amalgamated Code

What was he trying to do? Is it the Symbolic Code? Or is it a Timely Greeting? I guess it depends on how you look at it! But if you are on God’s side you will see it as an amalgamation:

Amalgamated TG

What is the solution to this crisis? According to:

9SC1-12: 23.2.9:  “For the special benefit of all our believers, we have published for free distribution three new official organizational tracts–one of 102 pages, the others of 36 and 29 pages, respectively, and yet many have failed to read the announcement. This we know to be a fact because those who find out that others have them, conclude that the Circulation Department has neglected them, not knowing that we are not sending these to any except those who write in for them in accordance with the rule set forth in Tract No. 14, War Prophecy Forecast.  Read page 47 of the tract, then make your written request accordingly, if you wish to have the three special publications above mentioned.  Let this be a lesson to you, brother, and sister, teaching you to read carefully every line in all the publications.”

The three official organizational publications in order of their publication dates are:

  1. Mt. Carmel Training Center, which has 29 pages and was published in November of 1942;
  2. The Leviticus of The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists, which has 102 pages and was published in February of 1943;
  3. The Fundamental Beleifs and Directory which has 36 pages and was published in March of 1943.

An aggregate of 167 pages—the official organizational tracts.

Here is a copy of the Constitution and By-Laws of The Shepherd’s Rod Seventh-day Adventists Association (Yes brethren, we were named “Shepherd’s Rod Seventh-day Adventists” before we received our new name in 1943). Notice that it is virtually the same as the one in The Leviticus: Constitution separate, By-Laws separate.

Section 2.  All ordained ministers are empowered to perform such usual duties as are set forth in the Scriptures.

Section 3 Licensed ministers are not authorized to perform such duties as mentioned in Article IV, Section 2, except one such occasions as warrant the Council’s delegating such rights.

NOTE:

The Name, “Shepherd’s Rod,” is borrowed from the publications, known as “The Shepherd’s Rod,” which, symbolically, are the anti-type of Moses’ Shepherd’s Rod, and which contain the doctrines that called forth the organization represented in this document.

Therefore, the name, “Shepherd’s Rod,” was given to this organization in the same way that the name “Christian” was given to the early Disciples of Christ. (Acts 11:21-26.) However, the name Shepherd’s Rod Seventh-Day Adventist, according to Isaiah, chapter sixty-two, verse two, is only for the time being.

Why should we want to have our Constitution and By-Laws in a booklet as the prophet did? We definitely want to keep then together to remind us that we cannot make a By-Law that is inconsistent with the Constitution. Besides, State Law requires it, so let us see what we should have done as business people.

This could have been the cover page of our Constitution and By-Laws:

The Constitution

And

By-Laws

Of

The Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists

Original.

Page 1, the original Constitution;

Page 2, the original Constitution;

Page 3, the original By-Laws;

Page 4, the original By-Laws.

Now, what happens when we amend the By-Laws to add an Article or a Section? It looks like this:

The Constitution

And

2009 Revised By-Laws

Of

The Davidian Seventh-day Adventists

2009 By-Laws Revision.

It would have been simple brethren, God did not leave it to us to reinvent an organization as we have done! For illustration purposes, we will show how we could have made the necessary adjustments to our organizational structure after the prophet’s death by simply amending the By-Law and without contradicting the Constitution. We will amend Article 1, Section 1, and paragraph (d) which reads:

Article 1, Section 1, paragraph (d)

In the absence of a President, who must be appointed by God, the Executive Council shall appoint one of their members to be the head and supervisor of the Executive Council, pursuant to Story or Redemption, page 260 paragraph 1; said leader or supervisor shall act as Chairman of the Council

Notice: In this amendment which is constitutionally allowed, we have acknowledged the Constitutional provision for a President and also stated at the very beginning of the By-Law the reason for the By-Law. This amendment is in no wise inconsistent with the Constitution for the Constitution does not prohibit anything stated in the amendment. This is exactly why the Lord allowed us to amend the By-Laws and placed the functions of the Executive Council in the By-Laws—so that we could make adjustments to suit the climate of the organization under abnormal times without meddling with the Constitution.

Let us look at the name, for instance. Let us suppose that the reason the compilers of the By-Laws changed the name of the Association was to identify us as Carmelites and not Bashanites. Again, we amend the By-Law, add Article IV and title it “Headquarters” as we read:

Article IV, Section 1 & 2, Headquarters

Section 1: The headquarters of this association must be located on antitypical Mt. Carmel, Waco, TX; the permanent home location chosen by God pursuant to 1 Symbolic Code No. 16, page 1, paragraph 1.

Section 2: The letterhead of the Association’s stationery must be the same as used by the prophet, together with the address and phone numbers which reads as follows:

General Association of Davidian Seventh-day Adventists, Mt. Carmel Center, Waco, TX, 2500 Mt. Carmel Drive, Waco, TX 76710, Phone Number: 800-791-7494.

In this amendment, we have captured all we need to identify ourselves as Carmelites while at the same time not contradicting or meddling with the Constitution. This is the only way we can be the people of God and repair the breach in His organizational structure.

In closing, we shall read:

SR2: 257.4: If the statement that Cain and Abel represent two classes of people is correct, then the same must be proven by historical facts.  We stated that Cain who typified the leadership persecuted him who typifies the true membership.  Thus every section of God’s church has apostatized through unconsecrated leadership, and every message that called for reformation was like-wise, by them, thrown out of the church.  In their blindness they were determined to keep the people ignorant of the truth and thus they persecuted the messengers and those who embraced the message and obeyed the truth.  Therefore, necessity called forth one movement after another.  How fearful the thought for those who bear this great responsibility!  And how dangerous to the class who permit others to think and act for them!  The class that accepts the decisions of others, whether for or against the truth, are deceived and robbed of eternal life, for they can have no experience of their own, no true conversion, no change of heart.  My brethren: these words are not against you, for it is God speaking through His word of truth to save you from the bottomless pitWill you not let Him work for you and for His people?  Will you not be His sheep?

May God bless you all, Abelites, who can do nothing but follow God’s Word. Remember, the Cainites may take your fellowship card and speak all manner of evil of you, but that is all that they can do — they cannot take you out of the hands of Christ if you place yourself in it.

Pray without ceasing for the Bridegroom is coming to meet His people and free them from sin and sinners; to burn the tares; to cast the unprofitable workers into outer darkness there to weep and gnash their teeth; to bind hand and foot and cast the unfit guests into outer darkness; to refuse entrance to the foolish virgins; to send the goats into everlasting punishment; to swallow the dragon’s flood; but the actual thing that happens to all the sinners in common is the illustration in Ezekiel chapter 9. Be sure you are wearing the robe that the Bridegroom provided—His Righteousness—and cry and sigh for the abominations that are being done in your midst.

Amen and may God bless you and continue to be with you as you strive to do everything in your power to be one of or one with the 144,000. See you in Presentation Number 6, Part 3, so that we will discuss “The Storehouse.”  It is very important that you find out where God’s Storehouse is. May God bless you until Part 3.

BE OF GOOD CHEER
"'Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.'
John 14:1-3.Jesus Christ
"Long have we waited for our Saviour's return. But none the less sure is the promise. Soon we shall be in our promised home. There Jesus will lead us beside the living stream, flowing from the throne of God, and will explain to us the dark providence through which on this earth He brought us in order to perfect our characters.
1SC9:1.2Bro. V. T. Houteff
